I have reached the point where enough is enough. I don't hate myself, I just really am not happy with the weight I am at this point in time.
Saturday, I joined a gym. It isn't one of the new fancier gyms with all the doodads and what-not, but it is a block from my apartment and it is open 24/7. It also is right across the street from a 24/7 Wallgreens and a Kroger. Basically, while the gym may be really small and not all that fancy, I'm near things that are open all night long if I ever need to go for help. I have a morbid little mind.
I just want to be healthier and at a weight that makes me happy. Right now, my goal is to get down to a size 14 or a 16. Ideally, I'd be able to make it down to a 12.
